Lilydale Films is thrilled to announce the successful completion of principal photography for its latest feature film, “The Girl That Got Away.” This captivating romantic drama, shot entirely in stunning locations across Victoria, promises to resonate with audiences seeking a story about love, loss, and the enduring power of connection.
Directed by Ric Forster and produced by Melanie Rowland, “The Girl That Got Away” unfolds against the picturesque backdrops of Lilydale, Sandringham Beach, and the vibrant Melbourne CBD.
This thought-provoking film marks the eighth feature film instalment in the popular “Flunk” universe.
Fans will be delighted to see the return of familiar faces from the “Flunk” cast, including Jessica Li, Madison Dell’Aquila, and Caylen Forbes. The film also welcomes stirring newcomers Tash Bowers, Sarah Milde, and Jordyn Grubisic, who breathe fresh life into the universe with their performances.
